FREDRIC STECK

Helping people connect authentically in a digital world.

I’m Fredric Steck

Author and speaker Fredric Steck sits in his office. He wears a blue blazer and is smiling warmly.

Human connection has defined every chapter of my forty-year career in financial services, from my beginnings at Goldman Sachs to becoming a pre-IPO partner at the firm. Today, as an author, speaker, and consultant, I help salespeople and development officers connect to clients with authenticity and humanity in a digital world. I’ve given talks to organisations such as Share Our Strength, Denver University, and the Commonwealth Club.

Fredric sits on a ranch dressed in a cowboy hat and shirt. He laughs and enjoys the moment.

The Blog: É Solo Un Trucco

Fredric Steck reclines at his writing desk. He smiles easily and we see his notes and brainstorming on a pad and paper.

Or in English... "it’s only a trick." A quote from my favourite movie, Le Grande Bellezza by Paolo Sorrentino. The film follows Jep Gambardella, a Roman journalist and party boy, as he confronts the passage of time on his 65th birthday. In the film - "it's only a trick" refers to many things - life, beauty, and in some cases meaningfulness itself. I have taken to understand "it's only a trick" as a reminder to live life to the fullest.
